Money for Missions - M&Ms

This mission project helps babies whose families are in crisis. Containers of M&Ms are distributed to our children after the Worship service.  The children enjoy the M&Ms, and then fill their container with quarters or bills and return them on Mother's Day.

Mitten Tree Project

Each year between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we collect mittens, gloves, hats, and scarves for children at a local elementary school. A "Mitten, Hat, and Scarf Tree" is located in the North Atrium. Please be generous in helping us supply these needed items for our children in Springfield.

One Great Hour of Sharing

First & Calvary's One Great Hour of Sharing offering supports international projects, including Presbyterian World Service, Self Development of People, and the Presbyterian Hunger Program. A percentage of our offering is earmarked for local missions, including emergency assistance to relieve hunger, reduce poverty, and provide emergency relief for local missionaries designated and chosen by the Mission's Committee.
